Two veterinary practices combined in a renovated facility at the foot of the Rocky Mountains to become a Specialty + Emergency Veterinary Hospital. This project was another in a rather unassuming strip mall building. Exterior revisions were limited to the back of the building where a covered pet relief area and small terrace for the staff were added so they could enjoy some of that mountain air. The entrance is set up to allow dogs and cats to enter separately should they wish, on either end of a race track reception which is surrounded by a rather spacious Lobby with a variety of seating areas, one of which includes a gas fireplace. This facility is doing so well they are already planning to expand.
